I am currently working on the project Accident Realm. I initially conceived the idea when, driving around the United States for my 8-year-long project Transition, I saw that, along the highways of the country, many carcasses can be found of animals accidentally killed by passing cars.

The project is a commentary on the deleterious side effects of technological progress, as well as a meditation on the role played by chance in life: both the lives of the drivers who did the accidental killing and the lives of the animals thus killed.
